Professional Development

Webinars

ReachOut Pro runs a series of online professional development seminars (known as "webinars"). These webinars allow health professionals to hear more about using technology to support the mental health of young people, through talks and Q&As with experts and fellow practitioners.

Speakers include professionals who have used social media and online spaces to support the young people they work with, and experts from the field who profile trends and best practice in using these tools to support young people.

The webinars build on the content of the free "Connecting Our Worlds" educational resource, a package of PowerPoint tutorials and downloadable resources that explore the ways in which social media and online spaces can be used to support young people's mental health and wellbeing. These resources, including practical case studies for using technology in practice, are available via the links on the left.
